3D Modeling

Modern engineering and design has made the transition to the third dimension. No longer will the industry fumble around with traditional 2D CAD drawings allowing for costly overruns due to unforeseen issues. The world of 3D enables the design process to leap forward with the ability to calculate and visualize aspects of a project that were virtual impossible with legacy methods.
Conceptual/Visualization

Bring an idea to market has its challenges. How do you sell an intangible idea to someone who is unable see the vision? The key is to convey a concept visually in such a way that it is understandable and has an immediately impact your audience. The goal is to bring striking realism to your idea so that is ‘real and attractive.’ We create conceptual visualizations that allow the idea to the talking.

Mechanical Design

More goes into a design than just the visual aspects. Although 3D modeling is all the rage, there tends to be a lot of effort put into making a design look real and less put into its functionality. We believe in a 'Function First' philosophy where purpose is the foundation which drives a design. We utilize all the tools at our disposal to ensure an intuitive and adaptive design that satisfies its function.

With the ever changing design industry continuing to move forward it can be difficult for any company, small or large, to keep in step. Sometimes the thought of investing time and money to progress can be daunting. More horrifying can be the thought of being left behind. Having an implementation strategy is absolutely key to making the transition. I thoroughly thought out implementation takes into account more than just where you would like to go, but where you are coming from. We offer services to evaluate your process and help bridge the gap.

CAD / Drafting
​
The goal of design is fabrication. At the end of every great idea are the drawings that bring that idea into reality. Without proper drawings that follow standards nothing can be built. We believe that a project deserves the same attention to detail as every other aspect. Drawings that are accurate and concise, that convey all the requirements needed to finish your project.
Design Analysis

Will it work? Will it fail? What exactly will it do?
These are questions that often get asked and too often get answered the hard way.
Design analysis allows these types of questions to have well informed answers before a design gets mass-produced or worse, experiences mass-failure. FEA and Dynamic Simulations will help prove the functionality of a design and allows testing in simulated real-world conditions. Thus helping to answer the question ‘will it work?’
